If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have 14 days from the subscription purchase (or trial conversion) to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason, subject to the rules below and the App Store / Google Play terms.
SailPrep Premium is digital content supplied immediately. If you ask to start the service during the withdrawal period, you lose the right to withdraw once performance has begun, where the store and applicable law allow that waiver. Apple’s payment sheet includes a link to details about the 14-day right of withdrawal.
The simplest route is the store that billed you: Apple Account → Subscriptions (or Report a Problem), or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history. You may also email monika.zibolyte@gmail.com with your store country, approximate purchase date, and that you wish to withdraw. We cannot refund an Apple or Google charge ourselves; the store processes refunds.

SailPrep Premium yra skaitmeninis turinys, teikiamas iškart. Jei prašote pradėti paslaugą atsisakymo laikotarpiu, teisė atsisakyti nutrūksta, kai paslauga pradėta, jei tai leidžia parduotuvė ir taikoma teisė. Apple mokėjimo lange yra nuoroda į 14 dienų atsisakymo teisės detales.
Paprasčiausia naudoti parduotuvę, kuri nuskaitė mokestį: Apple paskyra → Prenumeratos (arba Pranešti apie problemą) arba Google Play → Mokėjimai ir prenumeratos → Biudžetas ir užsakymų istorija. Taip pat galite rašyti monika.zibolyte@gmail.com nurodydami šalį, apytikslę pirkimo datą ir kad norite atsisakyti. Apple ar Google mokesčio patys negrąžiname — tai daro parduotuvė.
